The splash park facility is open to all residents from 8am - 10 pm during the summer months. The somerset community facilities are located at the junction of Somerset Drive and 6th street as residents first enter the north side of the Genstar somerset development area. Somerset residents ask visitors to kindly remember that the public green space and leisure zone do fall within a playground zone, so monitor your speed accordingly when entering the community.
The elementary school has a large baseball diamond and jungle gym that are open to public use outside of the school's business hours.
Somerset has many pedestrian paths throughout the community for walking, jogging, rollerblading, or biking. Residents walking their dogs are encouraged to keep all pets leashed at all times, and keep their pets on the paved pathways. |
