The "Community" dropdown list is only applied to properties in Calgary, Calgary keeps growing and new communities emerge each year. Send an email with your community name to us, we will add it quickly.

Does your company provide property management?
No, we only provide property advertising service, no property management service is available.

Does Mountlist.com provide the service to take the pictures of my property?
No, we do not have this kind of service now.

How long will my listing last on Mountlist.com web site?
Your listing will be always visible to tenants or buyers unless you turn it off by changing its status to "Not Available".

What shall I do when my property is rented?
Once your property is rented, you could login to your account to change its status to "Rented" or "Not Available".

What shall I do when my property is sold?
Once your property is conditionally sold or the deal is finalized, you could login to your account to change its status to "C/S", "Sold" or "Not Available".

How do I remove my listing instantly?
If you want your property to be invisible to tenants or buyers instantly, you could login to your account to change its status to "Not Available", however your listing is still stored intact in our system, which allows you to reactivate it easily and quickly.

What is a multi-unit rental property?
Any property that has at least two separate living units or apartments available for rent is usually considered a multi-unit rental property, each unit can be accessed independently with search and categorization.

Will tenants or buyers directly contact me if they are interested in my property?
Potential tenants or buyers will contact you directly by phone or email, you will provide contact information with your listing, so make sure that contact information is accurate and up-to-date. Your email address will not be displayed to prevent you from getting spam, however our "Email to Property Manager, Landlord or Property Owner" features still allow them to send you an email.

How many photos can I upload?
You could upload up to 24 photos for a rent or sale property, the more photos you have, the more views you get. Photos must be saved in GIF, JPG, JPEG, or PNG format, and image size should not exceed 1,024KB, if the size of an image is greater than 1,024KB, use the built-in Microsoft's Paint to decrease its size and then upload it to Mountlist.com web site.

Do I have to upload photos as soon as I post my listing?
No, the photos of your property can be uploaded and updated any time. From your account, select the "Images" link and you will be able to submit photos including a brief description for each one.

Can I edit my property listing after it has been placed?
Yes, you could login to your Mountlist.com account to update a listing 24 x 7 x 365.

Can I see how many people visited my listing?
Yes, from your account, check "View Counter" information.

Why My Faves list is empty though I clicked the "Add to My Faves" link?
You need cookies enabled on your computer for My Faves feature to function properly.
